This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who have previously worked in customer service-based roles and were required to provide excellent customer service through the telephone, via email and face to face. You will be a confident communicator and it is essential that you have strong IT skills with the ability to construct a well written email / correspondence. You will on occasions be required to conduct investigations which will involve visiting the laboratory or the warehouse to test samples and collect data. You must be flexible to work both within an office and laboratory as and when required.Start: ASAPLocation: Ely, CambridgeshireHours: 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pmSalary: £18,000 - £21,500 per annumBenefits: 22 days holiday + 8 bank holidays which increases over longer period of service, free onsite gym, free lunch on the last Friday of every month, 1 x charity day off per annumFor the moment all the Customer Service team are working remotely. This role will also be completely remote working and therefore it is essential that you have a dedicated working space available for desktop and equipment set up. In the future the role will go back to office working and therefore you will need to be local and have your own transport to be able to get to the main office in Ely.Duties:
