This role involves providing tax consultancy services and managing the tax compliance process.   • Provide tax consultancy services to clients.
  • Manage the tax compliance process and resolve any issues.
  • Assist clients with tax planning and provide strategic advice.
  • Support the tax team in developing and implementing strategies.
  • Monitor changes in tax legislation and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with different departments to provide holistic services.
  • Prepare tax returns and review calculations.
  • Mentor and guide junior staff members.
ProfileA successful Assistant Tax Manager should have:
  • Professional qualifications, CTA/ATT preferred but ACA/ACCA accepted.
  • Proven experience in a tax role within a professional services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of UK tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
