Job Description

My client, a leading business consultancy is looking for a Finance Operations Manager to join their growing business. You will sit within the finance function where you will be producing Management Accounts alongside supporting ongoing financial projects.Reporting to the Operations Director the newly formed role will provide high quality process, reporting and quality control to the operations team. Other duties will consist of:

  • Key to our quality control processes this role will ensure that all our client banking and payments are processed and released in line with authorisations and mandates.
  • Assist with annual budgeting, producing variance reports for management, and assisting with re-forecasting by liaising with departments, analysing trends, querying assumptions, and identifying cost savings.
  • Produce accurate monthly management and variance reports
  • Produce business and client profitability and analysis reports as required
  • Review and approve all bank payments
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations
  • Undertake general client work as required
  • Ad hoc duties as required
Candidates will be able to demonstrate strong organistaional skills, the ability to adapt to a changing environment and a strong ability to deliver to deadlines.Candidates will be Qualified with previous experience in Management Accounting.
