Job Description

The Briars Group provides the back office power to support growing entrepreneurial and international businesses across the UK, mainland Europe, North America and the Far East. Currently employing a specialist team of c. 25 talented staff and growing, we offer a fun, friendly and supportive environment and encourage individuals to demonstrate and develop their talents.The Client Services Assistant is a key member of the Client Services team, a busy department that is responsible for overseeing the full client lifecycle, starting with the on-boarding of a new client. The Client Services team ensures that our clients continue to have a positive experience and that client contracts are successfully managed and updated over time.Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Supporting the transition of clients from the sales team to ongoing delivery teams
  • Assisting with the creation and completion of client procedure manuals
  • Identifying additional sales opportunities for existing clients
  • Assist with client fee reviews on a scheduled basis
  • Assisting with the internal reporting of existing client sales opportunities
  • Working with the Client Services Manager and other departmental managers to maintain excellent relationships with our clients
  • We are looking for someone with at least 3 years’ experience working in a client services or B2B sales environment. Experience of working within professional services with international aspects would be preferable, and a Business Studies qualification would be a distinct advantage.This is a fast-paced role that will require a confident, problem solver with highly developed interpersonal and client liaison skills. Comfortable working with changing priorities and to tight deadlines, you will also need to maintain a high level of attention to detail.
