Job Description

Job Title: Occupational Therapist Assistant - Product SupportJob Type: Full-time Permanent. Mon-Fri, 8.30am to 4.30pmLocation: Bardon, Leicestershire, LE67, UKSalary: £20,000 to £22,000 DOEThe role of this Product support - Occupational Therapist Assistant This Occupational Therapist Assistant role will be part telephone-based customer service work supporting Occupational Therapists and providing a product customer advice service for the Healthcare based equipment they provide to the community. You will liaisewith customers directly via by telephone, by email and live chat Offering advice on the most suitable product for their needs.As an Occupational Therapist Assistant you will also provide support for producing the catalogues of community equipment and content for it.Working across various departments from product management, product development, purchasing, digital and marketing teams to support the Product Sales Division.Required Skills and experience:What we look for in an Occupational Therapist Assistant:

  • Demonstrable knowledge and practice of good customer care skills.
  • Experience of working within a health and/or social care setting Ideally of working with older people and people with a disability
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • IT skills - excel particularly
  • Ability to use own initiative and prioritise your work
  • Positive attitude and Willingness to learn
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
