Technical WriterChester£27,000-£32,000Applause IT are looking for a Technical Writer, ideally from a technical or travel background, to synthesise technical content and produce, edit, and review product documentation. As a fast-growing company providing SaaS tech, our client offers ticketingsolutions to the airline industry which are based on their own server infrastructure and have worked with companies such as British Airways, Finnair, and American Airlines.Reporting to the Product Manager, you will work alongside the product team, support team, software developers, and other stakeholders to gather, write, and publish technical information for a number of audiences. You will ensure that all documentation isbranded accordingly and understand the companies products, including their strengths and weaknesses.You will be able to self-manage tasks, be committed, and strive to continuously improve the quality of information relevant to a product whilst being aware of the company and teams goals, aims, and SLAs.You will have:
