The company has an embedded safety culture, technically challenging work across the different parts of the business and some of the best training available in theenergy industry.Essar is committed to playing a key role in the decarbonisation of the UK.The RoleWe currently have an exciting opportunity for a Supply and Distribution Co-ordinator, who will be responsible for supporting the Distribution Supply team within the Marketing Department. The successful candidate will play a key role in the interface betweenmarketing, the refinery and our business partners, with the key objective of ensuring that product is in the right place at the right time in order to support sales across a variety of modes including road liftings, pipelines, airports and vessels.The role holder is also primarily responsible for all activities related to our operational relationship with the operator of our jointly owned terminals at Kingsbury and Northampton, and the operator of the UKOP pipeline system.The role is crucial to the continued delivery of the companys fast paced growth agenda. Working on behalf of Essar, you will ensure our assets are maximised to their full potential and meet customer requirements through effective management of a range ofservice providers and business partners, maintaining and building a right first-time customer experience (right product, right place, right time) resulting in loyal customers and enabling EOUK to become the supplier of choice.About YouOur ideal candidate will be degree qualified, or equivalent. They should have excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills with a strong commercial and financial acumen, which must include a full understanding of the impact of failurein terms of business cost and customer satisfaction.The successful candidate will require resilience, excellent communications skills and have the ability to influence and persuade, with a high level of personal drive to succeed.
