Job Description

I am currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join a unique and impressive SME business based in Ellesmere Port. Having produced very impressive results over the last several years you will be joining the business as they embark on their next phaseof growth following record sales. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will play an integral role as the company look to move from strength to strength.Main responsibilities and duties

  • Processing of receivables invoices (semi-automated) and credit notes
  • Cover on CID banking facility - matching customer payments
  • Credit control (business to business). Issuing statements, copy invoices and answering customer queries.
  • Payments and banking
  • Posting of stock transactions (receipts, transfers, production orders)
  • Cover on AP invoicing process
  • Development of ERP and online order management systems, including project to automate invoicing processes
