Job Description

Editorial Account ManagerEllesmere Port£18,500 basic salaryPermanentAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an Editorial Account Manager to join my client in Ellesmere Port. You will be responsible for creating and managing online profiles for the business, to build and manage client relationships, write engaging content and work as part of the team to further the success of the product. The role comes with a basic starting salary of £18,500 and working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.The main duties of an Editorial Account Manager are;

  • Create and publish copy, images and files online via content management systems ensuring efficient publication, accuracy and optimisation
  • Manage accounts and communicate regularly with clients to build and maintain relationships
  • Utilise social media and other platforms to promote client content and increase brand awareness
  • Create copy of weekly e-newsletters
  • Write engaging content for blogs and other platforms
  • Respond to clients via phone and email
  • Keep the systems updated with activity
  • Produce work reports
