Job Description

***New role based in Ellesmere Port*** Customer Care ExecutivePermanentLocation - Ellesmere Port (Fully Office Based)Salary - Up to £23,000 depending on experienceFull Time, 37.5 hours per weekDue to a rapid expansion Accountable Recruitment are delighted to be assisting an innovative holiday group in their search for a Customer Care Executive. Key Duties:

  • Prioritise and manage own workload
  • Chase suppliers for documentation and confirmations
  • Customer crisis support
  • Investigate anomalies and irregularities
  • Handle incoming calls and general admin queries
Skills required:
  • Be a dynamic and personable individual
  • A proven track record of outstanding customer service
  • You will be positive and empathetic with a professional manner
  • Self-sufficient with the ability to work proactively on your own or alongside a team.
  • Experience working in a fast paced team.
  • Previous travel industry knowledge is desirable however full training will be provided
