Are you someone who knows how to motivate and lead a team wellOur Client is currently looking for a Team Leader to support a busy property claims team within Elland. Youll play a key part in managing a team dedicated to the management of property claims for numerous clients.This role is diverse and will place you at the heart of our customer journey, So, youll need to come to us with a strong Property Claims background, and the appetite to lead a team in a fast-paced and continually evolving environment. The working hours willbe 08:30am to 17:0pm 0 or 09:00am-17:30pm Monday to Friday. Total hours 37.5 hours per week. Duties and responsibilities: " Ownership and oversight of the claims handling team, including management of team workload" Development of claims handlers to achieve client SLAs via support and coaching" Ensure a high level of staff engagement" Attend Client Review Meetings where appropriate" Conducting regular performance and audit reviews, include annual PDRs" Managing claims handler absences" Continuous improvement focusing on leading excellent customer service and technical delivery of claims" Complaint escalation point" Ensure Key Performance Indicator targets are reached and maintained." Oversight of payment audit approval process to defined limits" Involvement in recruitment and interview processes for claims handler/administrator roles The above is not an exhaustive list and may change with the overall business objectives of the Company.Skills & Experience:" A genuine passion for people management" The confidence and gravitas to act as an efficient escalation point: Claim and team related queries / Complaints" Experience of Customer Service and Claims Management in an insurance background."
