Elevation Senior Finance are currently looking to recruit a Senior Management Accountant in Elland on behalf of an innovative market-leading Manufacturing business. Reporting to the Financial Controller, this is a fast-paced role that will form a cruciallink between finance and the wider business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Management Accountant looking for that next step up in their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Key duties and responsibilities will include: -Partner with other departments, such as Marketing or Product Development to provide useful insight into their performance and enhance their support for the business-Manage and support the performance and development of a team -Support the global rollout of a major new ERP across several subsidiaries-Provide guidance and training to overseas admin staff on how to use the ERP system-Liaise regularly with overseas finance staff to ensure accounts are closed in line with the month-end timetable and ensure that any P&L performance issues are fully understood-Work with subsidiary management and finance staff to identify and improve performance issues-Manage subsidiary working capital in areas such as aged debt and cash flow forecasting -Involvement in performance review meetings -Effectively reconcile and resolve any balance sheet issues to ensure accuracy and timeliness of P&L performance-Ensure newly acquired subsidiaries are successfully integrated into the companys policies, procedures and systems-Implement the groups policies and procedures in all subsidiaries-Assist with month-end consolidation routines-Assist with group annual budget processElevation Accountancy & Finance is a specialist division of Elevation Recruitment focusing on the recruitment of talented Accountancy and Finance professionals across all levels, from Ledger Clerks through to Financial Directors in Yorkshire and surroundingregions.
