Job Description

Private Patient Adviser | Part Time | 30 hrs per week | Spire Elland |Spire Elland is currently looking to recruit for a Private Patient Adviser on a part time and permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team who will encourage you to progress within the role, with ongoing training and personal development.The post is for 30 hrs per week and to be worked between Monday to Fridayoffice hours. Occasional Saturdays might be requiredPlease apply only if you can commit to this.Duties and responsibilities

  • Professional handling of self-pay enquiries (capturing enquirers details, booking appointments, resolving queries, giving information, providing advice and practical help) from phone calls and emails with prospective self-pay patients
  • Adopt ethical techniques to convert enquiries to outpatient appointments, procedures or tests
  • Meet team and individual targets relating to conversion, revenue and appointments.
  • Attend patient information events to represent the company and our services
  • Learn skills required to assist in outpatient appointments team as and when required
Who were looking for
  • The successful candidate must have excellent customer service skills
  • Strong IT and telephone skills are required
  • Healthcare experience would be an advantage
  • SAP knowledge would be ideal
  • Organised and with a keen eye for detail as accuracy is a key requirement for the positio
