Job Description

Part time Finance AssistantEllandCompetitive Salary Chase & Holland are excited to be working with a business with over 20 years experience working within their industry. This is an excellent opportunityfor an experienced Finance Assistant to join their faced paced team on a permanent basis. The successfulcandidate with work 3 hours a day to support the finance team. Part time Finance Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales Ledger function and ensure credit control is up to date
  • Managing any account and invoice queries
  • Resolve any cheque discrepancies
  • Reconciling customer and supplier accounts
  • Matching, inputting and coding purchase invoices
  • Assisting in the preparation of supplier payment runs
  • Support with administration duties other ad hoc duties.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Part or qualified AAT is beneficial
  • Previous experience in credit control essential in a face paced environment
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Ability to manage own workload to meet deadlines
  • Must be IT literate including Excel
