Job Description

The RoleWe have a great opportunity for a Development & Property Compliance Coordinator to join us at Saint-Gobain, in our Professional Services department based in Elland. You will manage co-ordination in conjunction with contractors of the annual servicing/inspections on compliance activities, and the works required following this.Key responsibilities:

  • Series 4000 (RAM) - Raise Projects/orders/authorise invoices
  • Qube - Raise orders/add invoice details and close when invoice and signed worksheets have been provided.
  • Daybooks - Check invoice details and add details to Qube. If invoice works are being tracked, add them to the relevant Excel tracker.
  • Trackers - maintain Excel trackers for service and Development activities.
  • Provide monthly invoice information on Compliance Tracker for service activities to the Head of Development.
  • Reports formulated for the Head of Development upon request.
  • Alpha Tracker - maintain service documentation upload for transparency with branch/Area/Region.
  • Deal with contractors and Purchase Ledger regarding any aged debt the contractor is chasing.
  • Deal with telephone calls and emails from Contractors and Branches for any request compliance related, or advice regarding maintenance, in personal inbox and Compliance inbox.
  • Deal direct with Manager/BUDs/Regional Directors for any requests compliance related, or advice regarding maintenance
  • Maintain the Approved Contractors List (for maintenance purposes)
  • Liaise with Indirect Buyer and Compliance Team, in sourcing new service contractors.
  • Hold regular meetings with service contractors.
