Here at Saint Gobain Glass Solutions we have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Coordinator, this is an ideal role for someone with good admin and customer service skills who might be looking for a change. This role could suit someone withface to face customer service experience who is looking for a change in direction, you could come from a variety of industries, as long as you have good general admin skills we will provide you with all the product and on the job training required to be successful.The role would see you supporting the Customer Engagement Manager in general account management duties, customer engagement, creating estimates, updating the client / customer database, contacting previous customers via phone / email and dealing with salesenquiries.While previous experience would be advantageous, its most certainly not essential.
