Job Description

This is a superb job for anyone looking for a part time job opportunity within administration in the Elland area of Halifax.Working within the accounts & admin team, the successful candidate will be confident, well organised and detail oriented. Previous experience within an accounts admin role would be advantageous but not essential, as full training will be given. Administrationexperience within an office environment recently is important.Office based, the company will consider part time or full time (25 - 39 hours per week).Responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up new customer accounts and maintaining existing customer details
  • Making outgoing calls to customers
  • Chasing payments
  • Releasing customer orders
  • Taking incoming customer calls
  • Taking customer payments
  • Answering customer emails
  • Checking & posting customer invoices
  • General admin duties
  • Ad Hoc accounts and administrative work
