Administrator/ReceptionistLocation - EghamSalary - £ 22,000 PADuration - Permanent Hours- Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30 in the office every daySummary of a Administrator/ReceptionistThe Admin and Reception Support is a core member of the office team, participating in daily office activities whilst supporting various functions of the business in an administrative capacity.Responsibilities of a Administrator/Receptionist Support overflow work from SOP department in an administrative capacity, which include: Shipping invoices Paperwork and coordination of returning goods Make contact and liaise with suppliers Provide details to support customer orders Support Office Manager and offer general administrative support across the organisation Book local hotels and travel for staff Responsible for processing PCNS and fines that are received, updating drivers and reporting to payroll First point of contact for all visitors to the building including vendors, clients, and customers Answers calls made to EMEA head office; determining purpose of call, forwarding calls to appropriate personnel or department Responsible for receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming and outgoing post Perform general clerical duties such a photocopying and filing Manage office supplies; ordering and distributing Support in-house event activities such as organizing refreshments and room set-ups Manage the booking system for meeting rooms and hot desks Accurately maintain the office register for staff and clients visiting head office Carryout daily clean/sanitization of buildingKey competencies of a Administrator/Receptionist Proficient in Microsoft Office Friendly demeanour with excellent interpersonal skills Experience working in an administrative role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritise Ability to work under pressure and juggle a varied workload Annual admin bonus of 5-10% salary (pro rata 1st yr) Employee Assistance Programme Office onsite parking 20 days holiday + 1 for your birthday Private medical insurance after 1 yrs servicePlease note: As you can appreciate we are currently overwhelmed with applications and we can therefore only contact those applications that have relevant skills for positions that we currently have available.
