Job Description

About the Role:We are looking for a well organised, hard-working, and enthusiastic, admin assistant with common sense and a great work ethic to join our friendly team.Key Responsibilities:Postage* Support marketing and admin teams in managing posting out of all samples and communication * Postage may be either individual or mass send outsSamples and Sample stock room* Order sample stock to maintain good stock levels via Sample Order from and keep on top of new releases and discontinued items.* Work with marketing team to ensure that we have enough samples for all teams, Customer Service, Sales send-outs, monthly Mailers, Marketing and Influencer send-outs and Goody Bags for networking* Ensure good stock levels are kept in order for Tweezerman to do competitions in-house and in partnership with beauty brands.* Order samples for larger Marketing and PR opportunities via Sample Order form* Organise the stock room for both TRUYU, Tweezerman and archived stock* Undertake a stock take every 2 weeks to ensure the stock tracker (excel) is accurate and order more stock to replenish lower stock levels* Package up Goody Bags to give out when networking* Manage Staff Allowance tracker and fulfil all Staff Allowance product requests* Manage items purchased for PR/promotions such as Chillys Water bottle and coffee cup stock levels and tracker- replenish when low on stock* When required, find merchandise and print for PR and in-office merchandise send-outs (Events)* Ensure Postage Tracker is filled out with every package sentEvents* Support the business, especially the marketing team on any internal or external events such as influencer events, PR events, team days etcSales Support/store reviews* Undertake regular store reviews as and when required to review and record fixtures. Stock levels and general appearance in-store. Take photographs of fixtures and put into PowerPoint format to circulate to the wider team* Collate store visit presentations to send on to our retailers if required* Create and maintain a library of customer imagesMeeting Support* Gather and prepare samples and sample boards for meetings* Support with PowerPoint presentations* Set up for internal and external meetings* Ensure show room fixtures are always full and ready for internal meetingsEngraving of Tweezers* Engrave/personalise Tweezers as required for customers, contacts etcRequired Skills:* Must be very organised and structured* Good knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Excel and PowerPoint* Good time-management skills; working to tight deadlines and ability to run a series of different tasks simultaneously* Work as part of a team* A can-do attitude, open to constructive feedback and offering alternative solutions when needed* A genuine personal interest in the beauty industry with an awareness of trends and eye for detail* Full driving licenceAMAZING EMPLOYEE BENEFITS! * Work from home 3 days per week, work from office 2 days per week * Normal working hours 8.30am to 5pm Mon-Thurs * Finish at 2pm on a Friday (9am start)* 25 days holiday per year* 8 additional bank holidays* Bonus day off for birthday (to be taken on, or either side of birthday)* 2 days paid leave for charity work, one day of which should be to support our designated charity "Our Dementia Choir"* £250 of products (at retail price) per year for every employee, 5 Tweezers of which can be engraved
