About the roleAn excellent opportunity has arisen for a Workshop Controller to join our team in Sytner Edinburgh working with Ferrari, Maserati, Bentley and Lamborghini.You will oversee our team of technicians and support the team within the service department to deliver an outstanding Aftersales experience to our customers.You will maximise profitability by driving workshop hours and be responsible for workshop loading, utilisation, efficiency and productivity.The quality of work delivered is of paramount importance and you will be responsible for ensuring that there is a first time resolution for every repair.You will be an integral member of the Service Team and deliver the very best customer service with a clear vision to run an efficient and professional Aftersales operation.This is a full time role which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.About youWe are seeking a technically knowledgeable individual with an uncompromised understanding of the running of a very busy workshop and as such, previous experience in a similar or technical role is essential. You will need to be skilled in all aspects of running a team within a high volume prestige workshop. You must possess excellent communication skills and deliver results with enthusiasm and passion. Previous experience working with these brands would be desirable.
