DescriptionAbout this roleThe growing and increasingly complex regulatory requirements that BlackRock must meet necessitate strong focus on the implementation of both significant new regulations and amendments to existing regulations that have a material impact on the firms regulatoryobligations. This role is within the Performance team, within the Line of Business (LOB) Compliance Department, forming part of Legal & Compliance (L&C) function across EMEA. The Performance Team is responsible for the provision of a center of excellence for regulatory change management discipline and process improvement for managing regulatory risk, across LOB Compliance and the wider EMEA Compliance department. As a member ofthe Performance Team the successful candidate will report directly to the head of the Performance Team and will be required to support the delivery of the Performance Team strategy for the year and the EMEA Head of Compliance with the discharge of their obligations.
