Were working with a well-known and highly respected financial services business with a large presence in Edinburgh that is expanding massively as a result of a long-term investment and recent acquisitions.We are looking for a number of Senior UX Designers to help our client deliver market-leading user experiences across all channels through leading the user experience team and leading or contributing to projects and activities which impact the experiencecustomers receive. These arebrand new roles within the company so very much a greenfield.Within this role you will be responsible for championing the user experience at every interface; youll design and create first-class experiences across the organisations secure sites and mobile apps whilst building and leading a strong team to supportyou.Ideally, you will have a high level of expertise in interaction and user interface design, analysing and interpreting customer problems to deliver engaging intuitive experiences; a track record of working with high-performing design teams spanning multipleproducts, projects and priorities; experience in delivering successful digital campaigns, from concept to execution to success measurement and optimisation; experience working effectively within an agile delivery environment.In return, youll enjoy an excellent permanent salary, pension, bonus, and car allowance.
