Job Description

UX DesignerOur client is looking for a highly skilled UX Designer to join their team.The roleThis position will be based from our Edinburgh office and will be a combination of onsite and remote (fully remote working available for the correct candidates), and you will be working with a number of feature squads that are delivering outstanding digitalproducts across our portfolio.Our ideal candidate will have experience creating beautiful, intuitive and functional digital products and can demonstrate:Essential

  • The ability to bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex user flows.
  • Collaboration with the wider product team to shape, define and implement innovative user interface solutions.
  • Execute all stages of the user experience design process. Ensuring that the POs and product vision is realised.
  • Experience of working with offshore and third-party development teams.
  • Have experience in planning and conducting user testing, including the creation of rapid prototypes to test and validate hypothesis.
  • Have a solid understanding of interaction design and technology trends to present creative visual solutions.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Experience in designing creative user inference solutions for website and secure web portals including adaptive/responsive for mobile.
  • Experience in designing creative user inference solutions for mobile (Hybrid/Cross platform).
  • Ability to present your designs confidently and with energy to the team and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid understanding of using Figma.
Desirable
  • Experience in designing creative user inference solutions for native iOS and Android
  • Understanding how to work and build designs systems across multiple products
  • Experience of working in Financial Services
