Job Description Leading UK & Global Financial Services Organisation. Recent digital experience & design team growth and new hires. Fantasic leadership team. Highly commercial digital marketing and growth acquisition A leading UK & Global Financial Services organisation is looking to further grow out their digital functions by expanding their digital experience & design teams. The UX Design Lead will be joining a young and high performing design team with fantastic leadership.This opportunity will be partnering alongside dedicated CRO & digital marketing departments, and driving end to end digital programs. These will include projects with a focus on B2C customer acquisition and growth commercial targets With recent hires scaling up the team, you will be stepping into a corporate and complex matrix reporting environment, where you will be working highly cross functionally with stakeholders at all levels. Your typical day to day will include interfacing withdigital experience, global marketing, developers, analytics & data, and other product teams to help deliver a best in class digital customer journey. You will be taking on full commercial ownership, and oversee the user experience lifecycle, ensuring thatprocesses are in place to aid the efficiency and effectiveness of the team. You will also be skilled in bringing the UX story to life for internal audiences and able to bring various stakeholders on a best in class digital experience journey. The ideal candidate will bring:
  • 4-6 years of commercial UX design project delivery, ideally within a corporate B2B organisation.
  • Financial Services or other highly regulated industry background is highly preferred but not essential.
  • A demonstrated background working with heavy UX programs of work including research requirements; such as market research and customer insights, surveys, interviews, collaborative workshops, face-to-face and remote user testing, information architectureand taxonomy design.
  • Hands on design experience using; Figma, Miro, UX Tweaks, Qualtrics, A/B testing tools, Google Analytics, Slack or similar platforms.
