You will be part of a team that is leading on the installation, configuration and maintenance of Kollective eCDN, Skype, Teams, Streams, Audio/Video Conferencingand Broadcast services in line with their standards and policies to agreed service levels. With their help, theyre serving more than 16 million online customersand transforming the way Britain banks.Theyre moving to a mixed cloud model incorporating platforms such as Office 365 and, with it, Teams, Streams, Planner, To Do, etc. Their goal is to migrate to Office 365 from on-premise platforms hosting.To achieve this theyre hoping to attract a Communication and Conferencing technical specialist to focus on its underlying configuration and cloud platformWhat will the role entailYoull be part of a team that is leading on the installation, configuration and maintenance of Kollective eCDN, Skype, Teams, Streams, Audio/Video Conferencing and Broadcast services in line with their standards and policies to agreed service levels. Youllalso manage the Interoperability solutions between Cisco and Microsoft Audio/Video conferencing system and will develop the new Meeting Rooms as a Service offering. Youll provide ongoing technical support (including incident and problem resolution) for systemsand processes in the Microsoft 365 tenant. Part of the role will also be to provide technical and procedural advice to business customers on how to get the best from their new product set.They get involved in project work and youd carry out technical activities to support project delivery, service improvements and change related to ongoing maintenance of the platforms.Itll be a hands-on role - working hand in glove with many different teams and suppliers including security and networks colleagues plus others youll need to craft the relationships with in order to enable an end-to-end service.So what are they looking for in youThey like to see people who come from diverse industry backgrounds but need to see the following knowledge & technical skills:
