Working within our small treasury team in the Finance department, the successful candidate will be tasked with: Processing bank statements/allocating monies correctly and maintaining cashbooks Processing cheques received/allocating monies correctly Making GBP Payments and Foreign Payments by Online Banking or Cheque Processing and allocating Direct Debit Collections Processing payment runs/error reports from bank Processing Petty Cash submissions from other offices, and maintaining our own petty cash float Arranging collection and drop off of cash from G4S Maintaining an up to date filing system of remittance advices and payment information from clients and General Treasury filing Liaise with staff and externals to advise and resolve queries including Treasury Help Desk calls as required General assistance when requiredApplicants must have a minimum of 5 Standard Grades or equivalent, including English and Maths and will have gained relevant experience working in a Treasury environment.
