Job Description

Are you passionate about creating unforgettable travel experiences Do you thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Were seeking a dedicated Travel Co-ordinator to join our clients team on a 7 month maternity leave cover - possibility of extension.Responsibilities:As a Travel Co-ordinator, youll play a crucial role in ensuring clients journeys are seamless and memorable. Your responsibilities include:

  • Being the main point of contact for clients from deposit payment to post-tour follow-up.
  • Booking accommodations, sourcing transport quotes, and planning excursions based on confirmed itineraries.
  • Logging payments and organising booking documentation with precision.
  • Creating and updating Excel costing sheets with finalised pricing.
  • Providing support to clients throughout the booking and travelling process.
  • Liaising with suppliers for the best solutions and managing any necessary alterations.
  • Updating online software and preparing final documentation for client arrivals.
  • Confirming all tour details with suppliers before clients arrivals.
  • Providing support for clients and drivers during their stay.
  • Conducting follow-ups with clients for feedback after their departure.
Skills Required:
  • Methodical, orderly, and systematic approach to work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially over the phone.
  • Enthusiastic team player with a passion for travel.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Preferably, knowledge of the travel industry, with bonus points for Scottish or Irish tourism expertise.
  • Adaptable and capable of handling new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits:
  • Competitive Salary: £28,000-£30,000
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm
  • Commission: £100 per 5* review after the client departs
