Job Description

As a Personal Travel Curator with Rock My World Travel, you will have fantastic destination knowlege (especially short haul) and are used to selling directly to clients in your current travel agency role. You will become far more than a colleague, you’ll be an integral member of the team and part of the fabric of the company going forward.We’re 7 years in the making, and have seen a huge rise in our growth over the last couple of years, with the future looking very bright indeed.We’re going places, big places, and we’re looking for the right people to hop-on the Rock My World train and come with us.Our business culture and values are based on our own personal values and we treat every holiday as a privilege to be involved in and give our thought, care and attention, to make it as special as it can possibly be.Job Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge and first hand experience of Short Haul product
  • Focused, very organised and with a great eye for detail are key
  • Knowledgeable and passionate about the travel industry, with first-hand travel agency experience
  • A great communicator who listens and understands what our customers are looking for.
  • A positive can-do attitude, self-drive and determination to get the best outcome from every situation. Our customers are our everything and this must be at the core of your ethos too.
  • Tech savvy is key as there’s various systems we use daily that require you to know your way around systems and software. If you’re a whizz on social media then even better!
  • Our service sets us apart and we go above and beyond to deliver our customer’s happiness.
  • We’re a small but perfectly formed team, so collaboration and being adaptable to ever-changing situations is absolutely vital, as is keeping a cool head when difficult situations arise.
  • Existing travel sector experience is essential, as we’re looking for someone to hit the ground running.
