The OpportunityIn preparation for a large system migration taking place next year, we are in the process of building a new onshore processing and oversight team who will be driving business improvement activities, as informed by data and observation.Your role will involve the management of a team up to 21 individuals whilst working closely with the workflow lead; you will make it easy for the team to succeed by removing obstacles and developing their talent to deliver the best performance that theyare capable of.
