Our client is looking for a Training Lead for their caring businessClient DetailsA caring businessDescriptionThe post holder:· Will lead the delivery of companies induction training. This includes supporting the development of the training program, its delivery and ongoing review to ensure all carers new to the business receive a class leading induction.· Will support the development, implementation (and sourcing where in house expertise is not available) and delivery of a range of bespoke training packages to meet the needs of the service(s).· Will support the development and implement the training workplan taking responsibility for delivery of nominated actions and keeping the plan up to date.· Will work as part of the broader (Scotland) training team and as such will be expected to provide cover to colleagues for planned / unplanned absences.· Will undertake SVQ assessment in the capacity as an SVQ assessor.· Will ensure all data and information related to training and development is collected, stored in line with GDPR and shared with appropriate people in a sensitive way.· Will support development of clinical / care practice as appropriate through provision of relevant / appropriate advice and guidance.· Will maintain robust relations with external providers / commissioners.· Will contribute to development and implementation of all relevant policy procedure and competencies as sits within remit of role.ProfileA candidate with a caring or nursing background who would like to be in a training role.Job OfferA salary up to £29,000, possible hybrid/flexible working and a a great culture to work inOffice in Leith
