Trainee Mortgage Advisor - EdinburghPRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking a suitably qualified Trainee Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join a well established and super busy PRIMIS Mortgage Network partner firm who operate a successful Mortgage and Protection business out of their offices in Edinburgh EH7. The firm are extremelybusy with an abundance of leads hence they are looking for a Trainee Advisor to join their existing team of 2 advisors and 2 administrators.The successful candidate will be a CeMAP 123 qualified individual ideally with some banking exposure whom is keen to enter the lucrative mortgage advisory industry.The rolesisemployed with a basic salary of between £23,000 - £25,000per annum with comms on top with a first year OTE of £30,000 + and more once established and trained fully.PRIMIS Mortgage Network - a wholly owned subsidiary of the highly respected parent business - LSL Property Services plc, are the largest dedicated Mortgage and Protection Network in the UK with some 3000 advisers across some 930 firms.The PRIMIS network of ARs offer Mortgage and Protection advisory services through numerous avenues to include Specialist Mortgage Advisory businesses, Accountancy practices, Mortgage Shops, businesses supporting High Street Estate Agency, on-line Brokers,New Build specialist organisations with affinities with major housing developers, on-line Estate Agency - the list goes on.The successful candidate will display outstanding customer service skills as well as being highly motivated, professional and a real "people person" with the ambition to be the very best that you can be.Applications / approaches will be exclusively managed by James McNee of PRIMIS Mortgage Network / LSLs internal recruitment functionWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
