Our client a discretionary wealth management firm is seeking a temporary administrator to join their Settlement team in Edinburgh.This role is a temporary position based in Edinburgh City Centre until 31st December 2021.The successful candidate will have:Reconciliations Experience (Preferred):Responsible for the processing, custody and reconciliation, ensuring compliance with internal and external rules and regulations. This covers all products and assets, including cash, equities, fixed income and collectives. The processes are varied and cover client and product static data, asset servicing, settlements, client reporting, portfolio transfers, fees processing, financial planning administration, operational tax and reconciliations.Responsibilities:• Understanding and experience of cash and stock reconciliations• Experience of Accurate reconciliation system• Experience of relevant Banking and Custodian systems e.g. BNYM, Euroclear, FundSettle, Clearstream, CRESTresponsible for the processing, custody and reconciliation of all positions held by the firm, ensuring compliance with internal and external rules and regulations. This covers all products and assets, including cash, equities, fixed income and collectives. The processes are varied and cover client and product static data, asset servicing, settlements, client reporting, portfolio transfers, fees processing, financial planning administration, operational tax and reconciliations.Experience:• Experience within the Financial Services Industry• Experience in a Client service environmentQualifications:• IOC Merit Award with a minimum of 2 exam passes (desirable)
