Join Our Clients Team as a Temporary Maintenance Coordinator!Are you a proactive and organised individual looking for a temporary opportunity within the property industry We have the perfect role for you!Were seeking a Temporary Maintenance Coordinator to join our excellent clients dynamic team in East Edinburgh.Starting ASAP until Mid December/End of YearHours: Monday-Thursday, 9am-5pm and Friday, 9am-4pm!Hourly Rate: £12/hourFully Office Based in East EdinburghAs a Temporary Maintenance Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering inbound calls and addressing maintenance issues from tenants.
  • Raising job requests on the businesses internal system.
  • Allocating contractors to individual cases.
  • Completing relevant paperwork and updating systems regularly.
  • Basic understanding of trades is a must.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently is essential for success in this role.
