Job Description

Office Angels are recruiting a Temporary Customer Service Representative, to join their renowned client in the heart of Edinburgh City Centre. This role is due to start the 16th of October 2023 to Mid/End of January 2024 and is paying £11.77 per hour. Thehours for this role are between 28-35 hours per week, between 9 am and 8 pm. Candidates will be required to work 5 out of 7 days per week over the Christmas period on a rotational basis. Flexibility to work shifts is essential.About the Role: As a Customer Service Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in upholding this clients brands reputation for outstanding service. You will handle customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, webchat, and social media. Full training will be provided to ensure you have a comprehensive understanding of their product offers, ranges, and services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by addressing store and online-related inquiries.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive directory of information to support their global team and customers.
  • Developing a deep product knowledge and sharing your insights and ideas with customers.

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar customer-facing or administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational skills.

  • A focused, dedicated, and willing attitude.
  • Proficiency in PC literacy and experience with online support systems.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and throughout the Christmas and New Year period.
