Technical Product Owner, Agile, Agile Product Ownership, SaaS, Software, B2B, Jira, Confluence, Web, Applications.As the Technical Product Owner you will liaise with Operations, Development, Delivery and Design, as well as key customers, to manage and maintain a product backlog and prioritise what gets built, in order to amplify return on investment and drive businessgrowth, while retaining existing customer satisfaction.The Technical Product Owner will also be responsible for scoping and testing in collaboration with the QA and Operations team, and take responsibility for fully understanding all complex rules and requirements involved within our software products.In this position, you will work closely with and provide leadership to members of the Product and Operations teams, translating all requests coming from them (or directly from clients) into clear and crisp user stories that can later be further refined,sized and implemented by our development teams.You will be flexible to learn and adjust to how they implement Agile while also bringing your own ideas to the table to enhance the way the development teams work..Some responsibilities:- Responsible for two development teams- Monitors and optimises development team processes and delivery- Leads on any cross-team or inter-team development projects- Actively contributing to the Product Roadmap, including inputting to research, working directly with stakeholders, and working closely with Product Manager role- Represents the Product Ownership function at key customer meetings- Groom product backlog, keeping each item Detailed Appropriately, Estimated, Emergent (add, remove, or reprioritize), Prioritised.- Order the product backlog with an eye to increasing Return on Investment, following MoSCoW prioritisation approach whenever possible.Requirements:- Understands the industry, customers, and state of relevant technology to build better products.- Performs assessments of competitors products to support product focus.- Experience in a B2B SAAS environmentKey experience- 2+ years of experience- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- B2B / B2B2C experience- Familiarity with industry standard tools like Jira, ConfluenceDesirable- Experience with Web and Native applications- Experience working in a FinTech environment- Experience of user experience or user focus groupsTechnical Product Owner, Agile, Agile Product Ownership, SaaS, Software, B2B, Jira, Confluence, Web, Applications.
