Job Description

Are you an experienced Technical Operations Manager Would you like the opportunity to work for a leading banking brand during a very exciting period of change If the answer is yes, then I am keen to chat with you regarding this opportunity for a Technical Operations Manager to join this exciting business and look after the Mainframe and Mid- range technologies.Whats in it for you

    • What will you be doing
  • Support senior managers in the provision and service of Mainframe and Mid-range technologies.
  • Effectively manage the internal team as well as external suppliers.
  • Use your experience to develop and integrate solutions and systems including managing the budget and where possible cutting costs.
  • Quickly and successfully identify and resolve risks .
  • Participate in the resolution of incidents where required.
    • What do you need to have
  • Strong track record of working in a similar role for a large organisation (ideally FS)
  • Able to cope in fast changing and complex environment.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to get your "hands on" when required.
  • Experience of strategically setting up new systems and services.
