Job Description

The Opportunity:As a result of internal promotions, we are offering the opportunity to join our Operations/Technical Centre as a Risk Events Manager.You will be playing a key part in the management of business incidents, by highlighting issues, and managing the process improvement and customer solution. This role will involve working with various Stakeholders including Business representatives, trackingactions, and completing root cause analysis.This is an excellent opportunity for someone that is motivated and has good process management skills or has previously worked as a Team Manager in a contact centre environment.Youll be:

  • Collaborating and chairing meetings with various stakeholders including business representatives and Lloyds Banking Group
  • Producing Management Information to be shared with senior colleagues
  • Analysing error trends, providing feedback, and implementing improvement activity to reduce defects by initiating process changes and/or providing technical training
  • Actively involved in the oversight process for the Incident process, to ensure high quality and consistency of Incident Managers
You should apply if:
  • Have experience working within Life and Pensions or financial services
  • Good Stakeholder management
  • Own exceptional communication skills, including ability to influence decisions
  • Possess compliance and legislative awareness
  • Can present information in a clear, logical, and concise manner
