Artis HR are currently supporting an exciting global organisation with the resourcing of a Talent Acquisition Partner for a permanent full time post paying £30-35,000pa, this role is initially home based but will require someone to be office based 1-2days a week in the future. Our client is happy for the successful candidate to be based in Bristol / Edinburgh and will consider candidates with both internal and external agency experience. We have two roles, one will focus on Technology and one will focuson Risk, Compliance & Audit. The Talent Acquisition Partner is a member of the Global Talent Acquisition team, developing effective relationships across multiple business units across the wider organisation. The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for supporting internal stakeholderswith their recruitment needs, building the Talent Acquisition brand, supporting candidates through their application process and working towards continuous improvement across the wider team. The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for the end to end recruitment lifecycle, supporting the delivery of team objectives, projects and SLAs. The Talent Acquisition Partner is an expert in their field, supporting, influencing and providing expertadvice to stakeholders in the sourcing and selection of internal and external candidatesKey Accountabilities*Work collaboratively with stakeholders to agree appropriate advertising, sourcing and assessment strategies to attract and identify the right talent *Provide an outstanding candidate centric recruitment journey, ensuring candidates are kept well informed of progress throughout the full life cycle*Take accountability for creating and delivering appropriate recruitment strategies which are aligned to the global business lines they are supporting*Provide expert recruitment insight using market intelligence, best practice standards and personal knowledge *Continually review external markets and methods to ensure the organisation stays abreast of market best practice, with a focus on continuous improvement to attract the best talent*Work collaboratively with the wider People Team to support the onboarding of new candidates, whilst focusing on continuous improvement *Work alongside the global talent acquisition team to support and lead on project activity supporting the development and alignment of processes and policies*Manage risks and controls both internally and externally, through regular governance and audit activity*Build and develop effective working relationships with 3rd party suppliers including job boards, talent assessment and agenciesSkills & Experience*Expert knowledge of recruitment processes and ATS systems (Taleo highly desirable)*Ability to demonstrate a good understanding of employment markets, candidate expectations and competitor activity and sourcing strategies appropriate to the role requirements *Experience in designing a variety of sourcing strategies appropriate to role requirements, in line with industry best practice. This includes understanding the different role and candidate types, whilst accessing a diverse range of candidates *Knowledge and experience in a range of assessment tools, including the use of a competency framework, interpreting psychometric and ability assessments, facilitating recruitment events, and an understanding of virtual assessment methods *Proven track record of large scale or complex recruitment projects*Understanding the importance of the talent acquisition journey for both stakeholders and candidates *Proven track record of recruitment and candidate management, from advertising through to offer (In-House experience is highly desirable)*Collaborates and communicates well with the ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels *The ability to influence others, challenge effectively and share information and ideas, whilst continuing to learn from those around you*Has a professional work ethic and is able to effectively manage conflicting priorities*Curious and continuous learner - investigates, interprets and grasps new concepts*Self-motivated and can use own initiative to recommend innovative solutionsPays attention to detail, finds root cause and takes a rigorous approach to problem solvingArtis Recruitment provide specialist recruitment services within HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, Marketing, Customer Contact and Executive Search.
