Systems Engineer required for an engineering company in Edinburgh.One of the largest product development companies in the area are looking for multiple Systems Engineers across Engineer, Senior and Principal level. They are a pioneer in their area and a global company with some of the worlds most recognised companies.You will be someone with experience ideally across radio frequency (RF) or electro-optical (EO) systems who has experience of requirement management, systems integration or test experience of complex, high-reliability systems. You will also have knowledge of verification and validation of systems for certification and acceptance of systems.You will ideally have some of the following skills and experience:Essential** Electronic countermeasure/electronic warfare or radio frequency experience** Test specifications, procedures and reports** Design review documentation** Support system integration and testing across hardware, software and firmware** Verify system and sub-system requirements, and qualification testing** Plan/prepare integration and test environment, including facilities, test equipment, tools and test/simulation softwareAdvantageous** Current security clearance would be a bonus** MATLAB/Simulink** Model-based systems engineering (MBSE)You will be based in their Edinburgh office, although some travel to their other sites may be necessary.
