Knowledge of SWIFT systems and products, on at least one of these two applications is highly desirableGTExchange (Bottomline),SWIFT Alliance Gateway (SWIFT). The candidate must have International, Euro and CHAPS Payments experience, along with a detailed understanding of MT & MX messaging with newer ISO/PAIN formats. As well as demonstrating Hands-on skills, the successful candidatewill be comfortable working with others in a diverse team, helping to influence best practice as well as strategic thinking. The candidate should be able to help shape and create designs and be able to implement those solutions. In addition to key SWIFT knowledge,we are seeking candidates with a strong technical background, to develop solutions drawing upon their experiences with Java, MQ, Oracle, Linux for example. • Be involved in hands-on development of our applications, and supporting them in production, along with other team members and partners
• Assisting in the refining and defining of best practice and standards within our team
• Working with your colleagues, you will be shaping the designs, and defining the technical solutions for the SWIFT Gateway Payment applications that are critical to support our customers and the bank as a whole
• Drawing on your knowledge of SWIFT gateway products to mentor and support other team members,
• Through our SWIFT Chapter model, you will encourage sharing of new solutions and techniques within the chapter and with other parts of the wider payments engineering value stream.
