Support Relations Assistant£11.00 - £12.00 per hour DOEThe role will be focused on making outbound calls to people that support the client by taking on an event. We have a number of supporters taking part in walks and runs for the charity across the year. The successful candidate will carryout welcome callsto the supporters, welcoming them to the team, asking them about how their fundraising is going and answering any questions that they may have. The opportunity will additionally require them to use the clients internally database, this requires strong computerliteracy although there will be full training. The calls arent cold calls, as the supporter is known to the charity and will be expecting to hear from us, but they will be high in volume and that will be the absolute main purpose of this temporary team members role, so theyll need to be comfortable withworking on something thats highly repetitive.
