Job Description

Our client, are a well-established food business with a base in Central Scotland. A vacancy has arisen for a Supply Chain Planner to join the team.This role is suited to candidates who are keen to establish themselves within a forward-thinking company that can offer progression in to a long-standing career.The Role:

  • Monitoring levels of Raw Materials to ensure that levels are sufficient to meet customer order requirements - working closely with the Demand Planner.
  • Assessment of the sales forecast to establish upcoming customer needs - working closely with the sales team.
  • Processing customer orders (on Excel) with accuracy.
  • Planning of production lines to manufacturer required product.
    • The Candidate:
  • An enthusiastic and motivated Planner with experience in a similar role.
  • Highly analytical.
  • A strong Excel and IT systems user (any ERP experience would be advantageous)
  • An excellent communicator at all levels.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changes in a fast-paced working environment.
