Job Description

Strategic Pricing Manager Edinburgh or Glasgow (hybrid available - 1-2 days in the office) to £70,000 + bonus & benefits A new opportunity to join the Pricing Transformation team.The team is responsible for delivering new pricing capabilities to support the strategic objectives of the business, as a Strategic Pricing Manager, you’ll play a vital role in delivering new advanced analytics capabilities and strategies to support profitoptimisation.The job

  • Shape the strategic direction of pricing transformation and delivery of new capabilities.
  • Strategic review of the end-to-end pricing process to maximise operational efficiency and colleague experience.
  • Use of advanced data science and technology to enhance price modelling and execution.
  • Designing and developing strategic pricing capabilities and delivery of associated benefits.
  • Finding opportunities for and championing pricing transformation to deliver improved commercial and customer outcomes.
About you
  • An experienced analytics manager (with pricing experience) with a proven track record of delivering new analytics strategies in retail banking.
  • You’ll be skilled in transformational change, and able to deliver strategic change through incremental value releases.
  • Influencing and collaboration are key elements of the role, and you’ll need to demonstrate the gravitas and confidence to work effectively and closely with a wide partner network across the Bank.
  • Experience in design, testing and deployment of new capabilities.
  • Strong and credible communicator with an ability to work across a variety of teams.
  • SQL experience, Python / R a bonus,
