Specification Sales ManagerThe Role: The Specification Sales Manager will be covering Scotland selling a mid to high end range of sanitary products such as toilets, sinks, basins, and baths as well as other residential bathroom products such as taps, showers, andshower trays. The Specification Manager will be building relationships with Developers, House Builders, and Contractors working on new build and retrofit residential projects from 30 to 200+ plots.The bulk of the Specification Sales Managers time will be also dealing with Merchants working in the region on those projects to make sure the specification is adhered to and priced correctly. You will have plenty of support from in-house Marketing, InsideSales, and the Product Management Team who write & develop the CPD seminars you will deliver. There will also be interaction with the sales teams of your Merchant partners to build deeper relationships and to gain leads of new projects.The Specification Sales Manager role covers all areas of the residential construction sales process for this well-known British manufacturer.The Company: Our client are a clear leader in their field and have a long-history of manufacture in the UK. Its anexciting time to join the business.We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Are looking for a step up into a specification sales role in construction
  • Have a demonstrable sales track record in field sales
  • Understanding of selling direct to Contractors and Installers at all levels
  • Driven, hungry, desire to succeed
  • Team player, organised, and strong territory planner
  • Full & Clean Driving licence
Salary: £40,000 basic salary + 30% OTE + Car/Allowance + Pension + healthcare + 25 days holidayCandidate Location: Glasgow, Edinburgh
