Software Support Developer - Edinburgh (Remote/Hybrid) - Around 25K plus benefits* Remote with a few days days in Edinburgh per month / Hybrid remote if preferred* Progression to Software Developer Loriens client - a growing firm providing tailored solutions across Point of Sale / Booking systems, Web / Mobile offerings and more - are in the middle of launching their core product line as we speak (with a number of clients on board already and plentymore in the pipeline). To make sure this goes smoothly, they are looking for a couple of Entry / Junior Level Software professionals looking for a chance to kick off their career to come on board, handle key user requests to begin with, and be part of a company who will help themprogress into fully fledged Software Developers down the line with training and assistance provided along the way.Starting off as a Software Support Developer, you will initially be tackling client tickets related to the product line, using this time to learn the ropes and the code, understand the technical foundations of the portfolio, and benefit from great opportunitiesto learn new tools with the support of Developers and Seniors within the team. Once you have a good understanding of the products and are confident to progress, the company will then help you iron out your development skills and become an outright SoftwareDeveloper - adding new features and improving the portfolio that you will know well by this point. So if you like the idea of using and improving your skills in a supportive work setting alongside experts in the industry (no matter whether youve delivered a couple of projects already, or are yet to kick your career off fully), heres what theyll lookfor you to bring to the table:(Dont worry if youre not bringing all of this with you, you wont be alone in the team after all and theyre happy to train)
