  • The RoleAs a Software Developer you will be joining an innovative company bringing mobile imaging technology to medical devices. This position would suit someone who has a MSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar. In this role you will join the R&D team (NDX.Imaging team) who is responsible for the Novarum reader technologyKey responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
  • Maintain, optimize and further develop a proprietary imaging library - design, prototyping, evaluation, production and release
  • Full cycle mobile development - design, implementation and release to production
  • Proficient in problem solving, algorithm design and offer scalable and performant solutions
  • Dynamic and fast paced software development
  • RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate professional or strong academic experience in one or more areas: imaging processing, computer vision, data science or machine learning. Experience in the following would also be advantageous:
  • C#, Java or C based languages
  • Python for Data Science
  • Computer Vision and Image Processing
  • Machine Learning/AI
  • Numerical, scientific and machine learning tools (NumPY,SciPy,Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, Matplotlib, MATLAB,…)
  • Software development to analyse and extract metrics out of large amounts of datasets
  • Mobile development (native and/or Xamarin)
  • JSON/XML knowledge
  • TDD methodology
  • Git version control experience
  • Agile software development using JIRA
