Job Description

Service Manager - Edinburgh - 6 Month ContractLoriens Public Sector client are currently recruiting for a Service Manager to join on a 6 month initial contract, inside IR35.The successful candidate will have the following skills/knowledge:

  • Experience of delivering technology enhanced learning services within a wider IT service environment.
  • Good understanding of the structure, technology and business requirements.
  • Good analytical skills, including problem solving and framing, with an ability to take ownership for problem resolution.
  • Capable web publishing skills using HTML, Javascript, CSS and XML.
  • Good understanding of databases including ability to write SQL queries or other data management tools.
  • Understanding of data feeds and integrations
  • Formal training relevant to IT service management (such as ITIL)
