Senior Software Engineer required to join a startup/scaleup in Edinburgh (or remote working if that suits you). From their base in Edinburgh City Centre (castle views from the office) theyre building cutting edge SaaS products for global clients. They work with Python; their legacy code is PHP-based and theyll consider someone from a PHP/Java/Ruby/Node.js background whos happy to cross-train. Theyre also working with; Flask, AngularJS, Graph QL, React.js, Redis, Celery and Chef.Despite their fast growth, they have managed to maintain a strong company culture and a good working atmosphere. They will be returning to the office in 2021 but will also offer fully remote working (you must be based in the UK).Perhaps most importantly - they work a four day, 32 hour week (without a reduction in salary!) and will pay competitive salaries (up to £70,000+).
