Job Description

Roles and ResponsibilitiesYou will be a senior member of the Engineering team, working on business critical applications with customers all over the world, be a catalyst for cleaner code, improved tests and more scalable solutions.Other responsibilities will include;
  • Writing code that sets the standard for quality and maintainability.
  • Working with key stakeholders effectively to make well-reasoned design and technical decisions, identifying potential risks and tradeoffs.
  • Championing clean code principles and test driven development.
  • Collaborating with your team as well as the Customer Success and Product teams to seek an understanding of the business context of the customer, anticipating and building according to strategic drivers for the customers business environment.
About youYou will be an experienced Software Engineer who has multiple years experience in a software engineering function. You will be passionate about what you do, always looking to improve and enjoy problem solving.Ideal candidate will have;
  • Passion for software development, learning and continuous improvement
  • Excellent problem solving skills, able to break down problems into small, iterative steps
  • Delivery focused - getting things done
  • A drive to improve yourself, your code, your team and your processes
Tech stack as follows;
  • Python for all new server-side code
  • Flask Framework
  • MySQL & React
