Change Digital recruitment is working with one of the UKs most recognised consumer retail to recruit A Senior Service Designer. This business provides a range of consumer-focused financial services products ranging from loans and credit cards through to householdand motor insurance.The role of Senior Service Designer role will form a part of a design practice that has created real business impact and is continuing to grow. Based in Edinburgh this role redesigning the companys services, involving colleagues from around the business thenoperationalising their designs. They lead small teams of designers, researchers and stakeholders in the business to deliver cross-channel servicesKey responsibilities Design the customers experience of our services and how the organisation delivers that service Translate service design deliverables into changed business practices by front-line staff and management for real impact develop new operating models and work with management to put them into operation Communicate and envision service concepts and ideas to team members and stakeholdersExperience and skills Extensive experience of using a range of design methods from workshopping, concepting through to prototyping to communicate and validate design solutions Experience of creating the full suite of service design deliverables Communicating, influencing and negotiating with a range of stakeholders to gain buy-in to design solutions Practical experience of planning and delivering end-to-end design projects Analysing and drawing relevant insights from data, design research, existing best practice, design research and optimisation to inform design solutions
